Mr. Lim graduated with a High Diploma from Japan Nagano Ken and has joined SEIKO-EPSON co in Singapore in 1988. In 1990, he has worked as a technical specialist, QA consultant, Japanese TQC management, and worked with several Taiwan & US groups of companies.

In 2000, he started a Human Resource & Recruitment Agency with a core focus in SPA & Reflexology Industry. His first venture into Reflexology started in 2007 and now he owns and runs several outlets and joint ventures in Penang and KL on top of his thriving agency business. Mr Lim’s vast background also extends beyond 20 years of Human Resources procurement and running his chain of spa/reflexology businesses. To date, he holds invaluable experiences in relation to the China Belt & Road initiatives and is a participant in the NCER Programme.
