Irene begins her business in the beauty line in 2007, she has more than 14 years of experience in the beauty, wellness, nail & makeup industries. She has been the makeup artist for 8TV’s artist before she moves back to her hometown at Pahang to open a beauty salon.
She currently operates 3 reflexology centers in Pahang and 1 Spa at Shah Alam, and she also runs 4 boutique hotels at Temerloh, Mentakab, Raub Pahang, and other businesses such as curtain retail, constructions with her husband. 
She has been a Mawspa member since 2016 and previously hold the position of Exco cum Pahang State Director. She’s been serving the board and attends a lot of government meetings. Her previous service to the association includes White Paper Panel Committee, Covid-19 Task Force Team, MOTAC Rating Team.
