MEMBERSHIP TERMS | Ordinary – Spa Provider

CRITERIA

  • Ordinary - Spa Provider Membership (hereafter referred to as “Ordinary - Spa Provider Members” shall be opened to businesses or companies who are provider of product and services to spa operator in the related Associated SPA and Wellness Business which conform to the Accreditation Criteria as defined in Article 7.2 and the set standards and practices required of Members in the Association
  • Beauty salons, slimming centres, hairdressing salons, manicure and pedicure centres, foot reflexology centres, fitness centres, other holistic or health practitioners and any other establishment promoting beauty, health and wellness and which in the opinion of the Board conforms to standards and practices required of Members in the Association;
  • Ordinary - Spa Provider Members shall be Corporate Entities and/or sole-proprietor or partnership, registered or incorporated in Malaysia, and shall appoint one representative only to act on its behalf. Representatives must be owner, company director or present employees of the company.
  • Each Ordinary - Spa Provider Member shall appoint one representative only to act on its behalf. Representatives must be owner, company director or present employees of the company.
  • Ordinary - Spa Provider Members shall be entitled to a single voting right only at all meetings.
  • Except as provided otherwise, the Articles and Obligations apply to all Associate Members.
